Very disappointing consumer experience.
I booked two air tickets from China to Canada for my parents, two months ago we have been told that the airline company cancelled the flight. When I applied for the refund, their customer service actually stated that a refund fee of 300 dollars was required per person. Or you can change the ticket, but you need to pay the difference.
I think it's ridiculous that the flight was cancelled and the consumers have to pay 600 dollars!!! Shouldn't they compensate the consumer?
