Very disappointing consumer experience.

I booked two air tickets from China to Canada for my parents, two months ago we have been told that the airline company cancelled the flight. When I applied for the refund, their customer service actually stated that a refund fee of 300 dollars was required per person. Or you can change the ticket, but you need to pay the difference.

I think it's ridiculous that the flight was cancelled and the consumers have to pay 600 dollars！！！ Shouldn't they compensate the consumer?

Bought a ticket from these guys. Ticket didn’t turn up in time. So I booked another flight. Fortunately I bought the initial ticket using Amex so Amex arranged a full refund after I provided evidence. But now I’m getting threatening emails from ctrip and threatening phone calls at 1.00 am. Saying they are going to call the police on me and take me to court. Funny how they want to talk to me now but not when I was chasing the ticket information for a week prior...

Просто мошенники, постарайтесь не покупать у них! Они продают фейковые экскурсии, представляя их у себя на сайте как лакшери, а попадаешь на заброшенный остров, где все разломано. Я предоставила им доказательства в виде фото, они обещали разобраться, 4 дня обещаний и в конце концов ответили, что раз поездка использована, то они ничего не вернут. Раньше всегда покупали на klook и booking, там всегда все четко и верно, а trip.com просто великие мошенники, фактически...
