Great shopping mall but there's one restaurant called Luga Mama that has amazing foods but bad talk to consumers just because people don't know how to use the drinks of opening or anything else. Not only that, gossiping about it behind our backs as if we PEOPLE don't see it. Clearly people visitors here and yet they wanted to argue with us. When I went in the foods were my favourite places to eat until the service was pretty badly treated. It was clear that they were joking about this role as other people know what they do and what they say. I thought it was highly recommended but my thoughts were so bad from the workers who tried to argue with no reason. If people want to eat here, I recommended by only 3/10. Sorry but bad service, bad attitude, bad manners will not happen to other consumers. Shopping mall wass great place to eat and listen to the cinema and eat popcorn! The shopping mall is recommended by 10/10! I just hate how people talk about consumers behind what they are on the backside of the restaurant. To be honest with you all. The shopping mall is literally my dream come true but the food in Luga Mama that I dreamed for was NOT the dream I wanted to see as all I see is.. DRAMA!! AND! The food in Luga Mama was only small portions but in the image it looks like big portions. It was clearly a huge scam! If they kept their attitudes inside of their own minds I will give up 5/5 reviews but now I'm giving it 3/5 I wish I could've done 2.5/5 but no I didn't. Sadly the food was ¥3 to ¥45! I prefer going to McDonald's then Luga Mama. Recommended by me. Only did 3/5 for the whole shopping mall but not Luga Mama. I could go on and on by my own words but part 2 will be coming..
