One Carnival Place — Local services in Antioquia

Robbed by doorman!! ‘Bouncer’ at the door selling VIP tickets. Paid him $300k for 2 VIP tickets. Another bouncer came and escorted us to venue entrance but then told no VIP by door staff. Bouncer escort then disappeared so obviously no refund on ‘VIP’ but we did get general admin bracelets. So basically paid double the price for general admin tickets, which were already overpriced had I bought in advance. Colombian scam at its finest… just did not expect from venue employees. Lesson learned: Buy tickets in advance and have tickets in hand or just do not go. DO NOT BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR!

Other than that it is a nice venue, great sound, and a friendly crowd. I even brought a pack of 20 glow bracelets which I handed out to newly minted EDM...

Nice club, although it can get quite hot when it's full of dancing people. There is an option to get a table upstairs (after buying a bottle of alcohol) which is better ventilated. At unexpected places you can encounter stairs / steps / cable bridges without proper illumination - so...
