It's not terrible, but it's definitely not a beach I'd ever like to go back. The whole place looks so untidy. The seawater there is full of debris and surprisingly muddy for the ocean. It's two only perks are its proximity to the city and it being wavy , which could potentially make it a nice surfing...

I have been going there for over 20 years. It is the best beach of the Atlantico. My kids loved going there anytime of the year. Great food, service, people and beach. Very safe, economical and close to Barranquilla. They are improving the roads and making it more atractive. See and experiece...
