Salon is gorgeous, I just wish for what you’re paying, the receptionists would be more attentive and welcoming. I was a new client and they didn’t make me feel like I was an asset to them. I’m not sore if this is typical for places in Colombia? I just know I’m the states, when you go to a high end salon, you’re treated like really. I would also suggest that they order drinks etc as a courtesy and not make you pay for that. It’s a really nice touch to have for a high end salon. I had a massage here and pedi. Unfortunately both were average at best. We were recommended this place, because we had massages at a probate island, and they were from this company. Those massages and therapist, were amazing. I’m not sure I would use these guys again when I go back. I’m giving it 3 stars, simply because the potential is there for them to be above everyone and even though my services were ok, they were nice and...

My daughter and I had our hair highlighted and cut and couldn't be happier. Marbelle worked my hair. She and I speak different languages, yet she made sure to understand my hopes and she went above and beyond. My hair has never looked so good. She weaved it beautifully. It looks natural. And then she cut it, but just with a little flair. it looks thicker and curls naturally. And let me mention Olga who cut and weaved my daughter's hair. Wow. My daughter has been blonde, but as she ages it is changing to a light brown. Olga managed to blend the blond and brown so it will look natural as it grows out. Just...
