Had terrible experience in this place. Order would not arrive forever, even the lemonade that we ordered took an hour! I asked if they could replace the shrimp ceviche in the trilogy of ceviches with another fish ceviche (don't eat seafood). The wsitress aid no problem yet they brought shrimp one. I explained again i ordered and wanted ceviche with only fish.. They brought another mix of mariscos! :) Yet even the fish one was the worst ceviche i ever tried - not marinated at all. The breakfast here was fine but lunch was simply ridiculous. We spent over 2 hours waiting for the main...

As a guest & Platinum member at the hotel who has eaten 4 meals here, the service is ridiculously slow. For lunch, it took nearly 40 minutes to receive our food & 15 minutes prior before our order was taken. They also add the tip without asking, which is a form a petty theft in my opinion.

The food portions are filling & good, but just know that your service will not be what it should for...

Food was mediocre at best, overpriced for quantity and quality, service was awful super slow, menu says one thing and they give you something else. I would not recommend this place you are better off going to the centre much better...
