We highly recommend JD Arenal Tours from start to finish and are pleased with our overall experience using them. They saved us the hassle to plan our trip(hotel and meals included) and not having to worry about transportation to and from San Jose & our tours. They easily worked within our budget and timeframe by recommending tours and organizing our trip in ways they were beyond our expectations. We know how hard it is to have a completely flawless trip and unfortunately we did encounter a few problems. I must note though that these problems were out of JD’s and our control, so no fault whatsoever to JD. That being said, JD kept a clear and open line of communication to reduce further disruption; and help continue the enjoyment of our trip. Great job JD!

Highly recommended. I took the shuttle-boat-shuttle transfer from La Fortuna to Monteverde. Everything from booking to drop off was so smooth. David responded right away, took my reservation the night before, and answered all of my questions along the way. We communicated in English; this was a huge help because my Spanish is not great. The boat ride was nice and had the closest view I’d seen of the Arenal volcano. Both shuttle drivers were also great. And you can’t beat the price! Thank you, David!

Totalmente recomendados. Hace mucho tiempo quería conocer la zona de la Fortuna. David me ayudo y me acompaño en todo el proceso, fue paciente con todas las preguntas que yo tenía y me dio muchas opciones para actividades y hospedaje, las cuales se ajustaban a cualquier presupuesto. No conocí personalmente a David, sin embargo en todo momento sentí que estaba conversando con un amigo el cual me estaba ayudando. Tuve distintas preguntas ya durante el viaje, en todas las ocasiones le escribí a David y de forma casi inmediata me respondía mis preguntas y me orientaba, sin importar la hora. Para todo aquel que esté considerando un viaje a esta zona, puede confiar en JD Arenal Tours para su viaje!

David me ayudo y me acompaño en todo el proceso, fue paciente con todas las preguntas que yo tenía y me dio muchas opciones para actividades y hospedaje, las cuales se ajustaban a cualquier presupuesto. No conocí personalmente a David, sin embargo en todo momento sentí que estaba conversando con un amigo el cual me estaba ayudando.
