This place is so amazing. One of the best places I have ever camped in my life and also very cheap. They keep this place meticulously maintained. The staff are super friendly. Has a bathroom with a shower. Truly a hidden gem of a place. I want to come back and stay here longer!! The river flows through the back of the place giving the most peaceful sounds at night. The lakes are beautiful with frogs and swans. I brought my hammock and hung it by the river and read a book all day after hiking to the top of the Chato volcano. This place brings peace and tranquility to my soul. Next time I come to Fortuna I want to stay here most of the time I liked it more than the hotel. Only downside is no power to charge my phone, the central park downtown has sockets so I went there and charged up. Thank you to the owners for this...

Probably one of the nicest camping spot I had in Costa Rica. Well maintained and the pool is so refreshing. There is a river you can cool down in with toucans and howler monkeys. I give this 4 stars because some employees working on the property stayed here and they were noisy and up all night until like 4am (on a Monday), being very inconsiderate and loud (not sure if it was a one night thing or they're temporarily living here).

Note that the entrance is from road 301 (not 702) and it's kinda hard to spot but there's a little sign that says camping around 200m after the 702/301 intersection (camping is on the left if you're coming from this...

Absolutely gorgeous camping ground. Beautifully tended gardens. Also a river we could swim in! And a natural swimming pool on the site.

Shower (not hot but cold wasn’t that cold as it was so warm outside), toilets and kitchen area. each camping space had its own covered table and seating area. By far the best and most beautiful campsite we experienced in Costa Rica.
