Unfortunately, my experience working with Carlos was not great. He saled himself to be a trust worthy property manager. Sadly , he couldn't deliver. Lack of communication and no integrity. I was basically at his mercy and he took advantage of that. It was an expensive life lesson for me. Don't make the mistake I made.

The most prominent issues were his lack of communication and integrity. I found myself in a vulnerable position, relying on his services, only to be consistently let down.

The lack of communication was astounding, leaving me feeling helpless and uninformed about crucial matters regarding my property. Furthermore, his actions demonstrated a blatant disregard for integrity, as he took advantage of my trust and left me with the consequences.

This experience proved to be an expensive lesson for me, one that I would not wish upon anyone else. I urge others to learn from my mistake and avoid working with Carlos at all costs. Trustworthiness and reliability are non-negotiable qualities in a property manager, and unfortunately, Carlos failed to meet even the most basic expectations in these regards.
