If you are a newbie to horseback riding, Martina, stays closer by you. Midway we stopped and had a fruit and water break, while sitting in the shade. Had an absolutely lovely experience riding here. I'm an experienced horse owner and was thrilled to see that the horses were all in great shape and happy to do their jobs. One of my favorite memories of Costa Rica is galloping across the beach on my very well-behaved horse. Martina did a fantastic job guiding the group and giving extra attention to those who were less experienced while letting those that were more comfortable enjoy their time a bit more freely. A wonderful young family owns and operates this small business and it is absolutely clear that they truly love and provide the best care for their horses. Tours of varying lengths are available. We enjoyed the 1.5 hour tour. Martina speaks English, Spanish and French. Her calm demeanor and riding tips helped us as inexperienced riders to be successful and feel safe.
