I had the pleasure of experiencing a breathtaking rafting tour and I can recommend it without reservation! It was simply fantastic! Our guide was absolutely great and made sure we felt safe at all times. His expertise and passion for rafting were evident and made the whole experience even more exciting.

The scenery we paddled through was simply breathtaking. The scenic mountains, roaring rapids, and clear water created an unforgettable backdrop. There were enough challenges to keep the adrenaline pumping, but at the same time the guide was always careful to make us feel comfortable and in good hands.

The entire organization of the tour was professional and well thought out. From the first contact to the farewell, we were treated in a friendly and courteous manner. The equipment was in excellent condition and we were thoroughly informed about the safety precautions, which gave us an additional feeling of security.

All in all, this rafting trip was a definite highlight of my free time! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exciting outdoor adventure. Thanks again to the great guide and the whole team for this...

I had the lucky experience to go rafting here, and it was alot of fun, and the area where we rafted is very beautiful.

The hosts were very nice and told us some good stories about this area, they also spoke good english. The water was fresh out of the mountains, so it was very clear and drinkable. I would recommend to take a dive in the water aswell, its very cool but in the summer its luckily not that cold.

They also made some very good pictures of us with a good camera and send the selected pictures of us the same day. I myself would go here again if i have the opportunity, maybe in the spring when the water level is the highest. We went at the end of august, but there was plenty of action.

Iznimno neugodno iskustvo.

Ovim putem svih dobrinamjerno savjetujem da ne idete tamo.

Naime moj dečko i ja smo odlučili otići na raftig i telefonski smo se dogovorili sa organizatorom o mjestu i vremenu nalaska.

Na dogovoreni dan smo im javili kako ne možemo doći jer sam se nažalost razbolila i da nam je baš žao jer smo jedva čekali po prvi put u životu isprobati raftig. Ujedno smo im rekli kako ćemo prvom sljedećom prilikom doći i da ćemo se još čuti o novom terminu.

Na to je gospodin rekao mom dečku da što sam se razbolila preko noći.

Ostali smo iznimno neugodno iznenađeni tim pitanjem.

Nedugo nakon toga nas je isti gospodin ponovno zvao samo radi toga kako bi nam rekao kako je morao odbiti neke ljude (jedan par) zbog nas jer nećemo doći na dogovoreni termin (iako smo mu javili da nećemo moći doći i zbog čega - a taj dio "zbog čega" je bila samo naša dobra volja).

Znači nije bilo dovoljno ono prijašnje ponašanje, nego nas je još zvao samo kako bi nam rekao da smo mi krivi što su oni sada izgubili jedan par.

Na to sam mu rekla da nije u redu da se tako odnosi prema nama i na to je on počeo sve više povisivati ton na mene - na što sam morala poklopiti slušalicu jer je takvo ponašanje počelo biti neprihvatljivo.

Kao osoba koja radi u sektoru turizma cijeli svoj život mogu reći da ovakim načinom odnošenja prema klijentima ni jedna firma neće moći daleko dogurati.

Gospodin koji je cijelo vrijeme komunicirao sa nama je bio Goran i komunicirao je preko službenog broja (+38598 177 25 85) koji je objavljen na njihovoj službenoj stranici.

Smatram ujedno da je cijela firma "Gorski tok d.o.o." iznimno neprofesionalna kada su službeni telefon dali osobi koja nažalost ne razumije pojmove: "službeno" i...
