What to say, think or do with this spa? Primarily, this is more of a sanitarium for rehabilitation than a spa. Nonetheless it markets itself as more and can also serve as oasis of peace and quiet if you are a biker, driver or a cyclist on a long trip and need some rest. It has a pool with thermal water, some rehabilitation services, massage, wellness but not much more. The rooms are basic by todays standard and clean.

But if you are in need and accustomed of higher level services, family vacations or adventures: this is not the place for you.

The personnel does it's best (and must be commended for its efforts) but this establishment had seen better days years ago and struggles to keep up being competitive with Istrias other attractions and opportunities. Still, it has potential...

We went there on a rainy day, thinking this is a hot spring with thermal warer. But it isn’t. The water comes out of the mountain with 26 Degrees. Healing water they say. But not what we were looking for. I am writing this review to spare other people from a disappointing trip. Even Chat GPT has the wrong information and says that it's a hot spring, which is absolutely wrong. They said they are planning to change the website and remove the wrong information. Would not recommend staying here! Rooms are old and the air conditioning doesn't work to cool them down, room stayed at 28 degrees! Reception staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. My room had black mould up the wall and smelt awful and when I mentioned this there was no apology and no acknowledgement, I couldn't move rooms until the second night! Food is terrible! No food available after 8pm and only 1 restaurant delivers here and they don't answer the phone, you...
