I have revisited the Blue Lagoon and Aphrodites baths several times now. The beach area itself is small, so if you like quiet and space it’s not ideal in Saturday during the summer, but it is on a Sunday.
The water does not get warm enough to swim in until June. Definitely rent an ATV to get to the blue lagoon or take a cruise or safari tour guide. It would be ill-advised to drive your car on this road.
The Blue Lagoon on a Sunday in July was heaven on earth. The water was like walking into a warm bathtub, and it was crystal clear. This is the clearest water I have ever seen, as if you were in a man-made pool. This is due to the white sand that stretches out. The area is shallow, and even individuals who cannot swim will enjoy the area.

It is a protected national park and offers views and landscapes that you may never have witnessed before ! There are certain must sees along the way like the “Blue lagoon “ which is a crystal clear bay that you may want to wash all the sand away from your dust journey ! I was there 6 years ago and there were already too many machines which made noise and dust on the path so I suppose it's even worse now.
