I understand that paralimni town cannot be compared to London (my home) but the "soft" play facilities are terrible. Nothing was "soft ". It was hard planks of wood/metal covered in thin colourful padding being held together with tags. The flooring on the upper level of the soft play wasn't pinned down so when I accompanied my small child, I crawled and it lifted, to reveal the sheer drop below to the hard floors on the ground level. For any child, that is a serious injury. The flooring should not be able to lift allowing a child to fall from a height. The flooring on the ground level is a play mat, which isn't really enough in my opinion.. also its all lifted and coming apart. My child went flying when she was running and tripped over lifted flooring. It is lifted because of the heat. It is hot because there is no aircon in the "soft play". I'm surprised the kids didn't pass out, fair play to them. Most of the kids there were quite mean and demented, and the mums/dad's just sat outside chatting and socialising which is normal but nobody was watching their children. The older boys were throwing balls at My child which I tried to turn a blind eye to but in the end I just left.
The staff were all lovely and the food looked decent for the kids. We didn't eat there but it looked and smelled nice from what I saw.
Just be wary if you're taking your small child and you're expecting a cute situation out of the sun. It's none of...
Read moreFood was ok, service at the table was ok as well, excluding dirty chairs... The biggest disappointment was waiting us at the play jungle. Children minders was totally disorganised and rude to the children (except one heavy lady). I saw how one of them was pulling away the swing chair from 3 y.o. child, so angry, so stressed, my god...later the same person didn't let the kids at the trampoline, when it was their turn to get in, pushing them with her feet away... really??? It is just an unbelievable incompetence. At the entrance they have the signs that kids under 3,5 y.o are not allowed, but they do not have any limitation at the big ones... 12-13 y.o. agitated young humans running and pushing between the 3-4 y.o. ones kids...total dangerous...
Read moreI am giving 5 stars for the staff friendliness 1st of all. Everyone seems to be so good there. My daughter 11 year old loved the bowling and even she enjoyed the playground for the little ones. My 2 year old son of course loved the indoor playground mostly. The way they put the tables are to watch easily children inside the soft play area. The place could have some renovation and it is the only indoor during a day place to play for children.
They have also amazing menu so many choices. The food was really good for play area but in Cyprus food is a big deal. My son fall asleep when we been there but they even had beds there for children. That was incredible. Really good option during summer when you want a break...
