Jedna z nejmladších sopek u nás. Chrlit ze sebe lávu přestala před “nedávnými” 10 000 lety. Do jejich útrob je vysekána štola, která ovšem, ale není vždycky přístupná a musíte si počkat na speciální příležitosti. V okolí sopky můžete nález i lávové kameny.

Místo jsem navštívila bohužel v době, kdy se nekonala prohlídka. Určitě si datum zjistěte dopředu. Jinak je to pár kroků od parkoviště. Jen to není od silnice vidět 😊 jsou tam i stojany na jízdní kola a 2 stoly s lavicemi pro odpočinek.

Gut zu Fuss von Franzenbad zu erreichen, im Herbst schön wegen der Laubfärbung, aber auch Rutschgefahr. Interessante Schautafeln, die alles gut erklären und historische Aufnahmen zeigen.

Eine klare Empfehlung für einen Sonntagsausflug mit Einkehr zum Mittagessen im Hotelrestaurant! Von der hauseigenen Limonade über Vorspeisen (Garnelenteller, Leberknödelsuppe),toll angerichtete Hauptspeisen bis zum Dessert war alles wirklich auserlesen, auch der freundliche Service. Dekujeme moc krad a na Slehdanou. Rodin...

Dobrý cíl pro tříkilometrovou pěší procházku z Františkových Lázní. Z Komorního Dvora se dá pokračovat autobusem do Chebu. Od samotné vyhaslé sopky asi turista nemůže moc očekávat, je to už příliš dávno, co sopka chrlila lávu a sopečný popel... Průzkumná štola byla za mé návštěvy v zimním období bohužel...
