Olympia Brno — Local services in okres Brno-venkov

Just want to say something about Olympia Brno information center. Had pretty terrible experience. I and my wife traveled through the Czech and she left her small backpack with documents and some emotional valuable small things in the mall near macdonalds restaurant. It is our mistake...but we took a chance and called to information center. And we were happy to know that a man in information center which answered said that he got our stuff and even said my wife surname first from document, so it was confirmation from them that our documents is in good hands and will not be used inproperly by other people. And he said that she can come and pick it up, but we were already in Lituania it would take us two days of travel. Some days later i tried calling them and ask if they could send it to us after we pay or organize shipment or to keep it for some time till we arrive. But we had almost no response. I called the information center countless time, sometimes i got response witch was - we will contact you tomorrow morning, call later, etc. That is all. I wrote two email explaining everything with no response. Today about an hour ago, i called and a guy responded that they do not have our items and that is was never found! It seems that they just got rid of the problem somehow...that is so sad... We were ready even to pay for them...

Olympia Brno – Convenient Location with Modern Charging Infrastructure and an Inviting Mall

During the mall's opening hours, all essential and convenient amenities, such as clean and easily accessible restrooms, are available. This is really practical. The mall itself is modern, well-designed, and inviting – perfect for spending some time while waiting for your car to charge. If you're not in a rush, it's definitely worth taking a short stroll and exploring the shops.

Note about restrooms outside opening hours: Outside the mall’s opening hours, I didn’t notice any public restrooms. That doesn’t mean there aren’t any – I just didn’t come across them. Fortunately, the nearby KFC, which was open, provided a good alternative.

Transportation: Free bus ride to/from Uzka bus station. If you are a fan of walking there is a long walking path too for pedestrians from around Komarov to Olympia.

Facilities: FREE toilet in the mall (check the pictures), FREE power sockets and USB port to charge your phone at the seating areas (check pictures). Free hand sanitizer almost everywhere at the mall (check pictures)

After every walking distance there is a play for children (check pictures) . I also saw massage chairs which are chargeable. Ice skating ring is there too as per picture but...
