Aquacentrum Agricola — Local services in okres Karlovy Vary

The aqua center was a disappointment—what looked like a luxurious experience from its beautiful historic building and sleek website quickly turned into a letdown. It started with the dressing room, which is just one big shared space. There are only two enclosed changing cabins, and the tiny lockers have barely any benches in front of them. The showers are limited to just three, and the blow dryers, seemingly relics from the 80s, don’t add to the experience.

The pool itself is quite large but filled with uncomfortably cold water. Towels and robes? Not provided, not even for an extra fee. Instead, you get an oversized bed sheet—awkward at best. We visited on a Saturday evening, and it was packed, making everything feel chaotic and noisy. One relaxation area was flooded with bright, sterile lighting, while the cozier dimly lit space was behind a glass door that people constantly opened to hunt for free spots.

As for the saunas and the single jacuzzi—completely overcrowded and basically unavailable. Nowhere in the entire facility offered a true quiet retreat. The infrared sauna felt outdated, with old red light bulbs radiating an almost burning heat. I recently visited Aquacentrum Agricola and was quite disappointed with the facilities. First and foremost, there are no separate changing rooms for men and women, which is inconvenient and uncomfortable. The water in the children’s pool was noticeably cold, making it unpleasant for little ones to enjoy. Additionally, the sauna was not operational until 2 PM, which was frustrating for those expecting to use it earlier in the day. Příjemné malé aquacentrum v historickém centru Jáchymova.

Do aquacentra jsme zavítali náhodou v předvečer (16:30-18:30). Překvapivě ve svátek skoro prázdno, jen cca 20 lidí.

Na recepci zakoupíte vstupenky a dostanete čip. Vstupné je na netu. Dítě do 2 let zdarma. V prostorách recepce je i krámek s plaveckými potřebami 👍🏻 K dispozici je toho na tak malém prostoru dost. 2 plavecké 25m dráhy, 2 výřivky, brouzdaliště pro batolata 31°C, tobogán do separé bazénku, takže vám nikdo neskončí na hrb a větší děti mají vyžití. Lehátka, slunečná terasa a louka. Ještě jeden menší rehabilitační bazén 32-35°C a také Kneippův chodník. Vstup a skříňky na čip, skříňky na cennosti jsou i uvnitř bazénového komplexu hned naproti budce plavčíka, který byl přítomen celou dobu. Šatna je společná, jsou tam kabinky na převlečení. Sprchy ženy/muži mají regulaci teploty, takže si každý nastaví, jak je mu to příjemné. Prostory čisté a udržované.

Kdo si chce užít relax a odpočinout si, návštěvu vřele doporučujeme.

Za naší návštěvy byla zrovna zavřená kavárna, ale musí tam být hezké a příjemné posezení.

Venku naléhá na komplex pěkný parčík s možností posezení i s dětským hřištěm, ale pro unavený batole, jsme už nevyužili.
