This is the place you want to visit! It is a proper pub (not a restaurant) with good food 🍲 The name translates to english: cesspit

But the meals are good. Prices are normal but more on the more affordable edge. The ambiant is typical for a sump place, absolutely overdecorated, but this is exactly what makes this special.

Restaurace Žumpa , někdy také Beskyd. Nevím co platí aktuálně. Při návštěvě Jáchymova jsme hledali místo kde se najíst. Většina restaurací zavřená, nebo vaří pouze od pátku do neděle...nakonec nás z jiné restaurace poslali sem. Obsluha pohodová paní, uvnitř restaurace prostředí dost pajzl. Kdyby jsme nepospíchali a děti neměli hlad tak se otočím a jdu si koupit rohlík. No jídlo se dalo sníst. Ze 4 jídel špagety a svíčková opravdu bída, plněné knedlíky uzeným- prostě polotovar z obchodu, v jídle kus drátěnky. Partnerka si dala lososa a ten jí moc chutnal. Takže ta jediná byla spokojená. Já bych na lososa zde...

Na dass war mal eine gute Wahl: von Außen eher unscheinbar und wenig einladend. Dann jedoch mit 6 Personen und einem Hund Platz gefunden. Tschechische Küche, selbstverständlich mit kühlem Bier. Alles zu angenehmen Preisen. Die Gäste sind viele Anwohner mit Lust auf entspannten Abend. Zahlung war mit Karte möglich. Uns hat's so gut gefallen, dass wir zwei Tage später nochmals eingekehrt waren. Fazit: wer gutes Essen erwartet, ist hier richtig. Die Kellnerin hatte Stress, ein kurzes Lächeln haben wir...
