Bought spoiled product (jar of cucumbers that costs ~130DKk), which was not expired but probably poorly stored. I tried to reach out to customer service to see on how the process of returning works. Called at least 5 times, reached out via email twice, and wrote to their Facebook - no response. When I eventually got to the shop to get some additional groceries few weeks later and return cucumbers - I got denied saying that it’s already too late to return. I understand that situations happen and the product might have gotten bad without anyone noticing. But completely ignoring any communication and not being able to handle the situations in-store appropriately - is not something should go unnoticed.
