Overall, not a great experience. The service was slow and sluggish, even though there was no one else at the counter. It took some time after placing the order, and whether it was unreasonably long is difficult to say, but it seemed like the food was taken from the shelf in the storage rather than being freshly made. The items that were supposed to be crispy were limp and lukewarm, leading me to believe that it was pre-made food rather than freshly cooked. However, I must commend the fries; they actually tasted quite good. The BBQ burger we had also seemed limp and lacked the crispy surface that I had expected. All in all, my conclusion was that for the price of 300 kroner, the quality should have been significantly higher. The premises are dark and gloomy, and there were puddles of water on the floor in several places, so they had probably just been cleaned, which is understandable. The toilets are clean and not a problem in that regard. We decided that we won't be coming back here for a long time. Dansk: Alt i alt ikke nogen stor oplevelse. Betjeningen er langsom og træg, trods det at man er alene ved disken. Efter bestillingen går der nogen tid, om det er urimelig lang tid er svar at svare på, det virkede bare sådan da det så ud til at maden blev taget fra lageret hylden og ikke lige var blevet lavet. De som skulle være sprøde var slatne og lunken, derfor tænker jeg at det var lager mad og ikke nylavet. Jeg vil dog rose pomfritterne de smagte faktisk ret godt. Den BBQ burger vi fik , virkede også slatten og ikke sprød i overfladen som jeg nok havde forventet. Alt i alt så blev min konklusion at for de 300,- så burde kvaliteten være væsentlig højre. Lokalerne er mørke og dystre med der var blank vand på gulvet flere steder, så de var nok lige blevet vasket og det kan man selvfølgelig ikke havde noget imod. Toiletterne er OK rene og derfor ingen problem den. Vi besluttede at her behøver vi ikke komme i lang tid frem over.

Since there is no KFC in Aalborg, we always have to drive all the way to Aarhus to eat KFC chicken. But it's worth it.😉 They have great set of menu and the chicken is always fresh, crunchy and tastes good, unlike the KFC that we tried in Copenhagen and the one in Gothenburg. It was not so satisfying. But this one in Aarhus is our number 1.

Greetings to all KFC wing lovers. I recommend that in the future, when you order the chicken bucket, don't forget to highlight the fact that the chicken should be depilated before it is roasted😅 after all, we are consumers, not professionals in general depilation.

Ordered 3 times. Chicken was dry the first time, gravy was cold. Not not warm enough, but cold! Fries were cold and like cardboard. Ordered more chicken and gravy, which never came. We went to ask where it was and they said that they had called our number out but someone else must have taken it (I had been stood at the counter for 10-15 minutes prior) and the server said that he'll redo the order! My girlfriend asked what the number was for it and he said that he would bring it down to our table. 30 minutes go by and my girlfriend went up and asked where our order was. He couldn't remember her, so she said, "I was the one who you said you would bring the order to the table to" and he said, "oh no. I'm so sorry, we haven't started it yet. It's my fault!" We cancelled and got our money back. We drove from Brønderslev JUST for KFC. We'll come again but this was a really REALLY bad experience. The server did come down to our table when it was less busy and offered my son a milkshake and said sorry a lot. When people have an order number, they should be made to show their receipts when they go up to collect their food, but whenever this KFC make mistakes, they never fix anything! Probably because they stay busy anyway, so why change anything when they make money anyway? A...

The worst KFC I’ve ever been.

The service is terrible : you wait too much in the line and then your food is not warm enough. For the family pack we got only one fork, and it was in the bottom with other stuff, so we couldn’t get it.

The food: at KFC chicken is supposed to be crispy, but these ones are full of oil and the « crisp » just falls down when you eat it.

The price: too expensive and they do this black marketing stuff. They have cheap options for 10-40 DKK, but you can only see them in the back of the door when you enter. On the main menu they only have the most expensive options.

After visiting this KFC I am sure that I will never come here again and I also recommend you...

If only it were possible to give a much lower rating than one. Anyone with the right mind to work in the food industry knows that hygiene is the utmost important thing. HACCP standards must be followed, but this place clearly does not meet the basic standards. This place should be shut down for good! It has given my boyfriend, and several others food poisoning and stomach flu. There are other fast food chains available. Go there instead. Sunset Boulevard seems decent enough or your local chicken shop will probably adhere to HACCP better than KFC. Whatever you do, do not eat from here, especially the Zinger Burger.
