One of the best beaches for children. Calm waters. Food is a little expensive and services facilities needs improvements. The best route is pass the CRUCE DE ESPERANZA. (Santiago to Montecristi road), but it is up and down hills and sharps curves.

Do take te Santiago-Puerto Plata route. It is under construction and lots of trucks and road stops and go sections make the journey unpleasant...

Omg I love this beach. The sand is soft and clean. They have lots of food restaurants to eat and some store incase you may want to buy souvenirs; none of these business take away the beach feel away. They have a lot of water activities for a very good price, they have the boat rides, and banana boat. The best out the ride is they make it fun and you get to see a rock with a snake face....
