JM Transfer — Local services in Santo Domingo

I attempted to arrange airport transportation from Las Americas Airport to Santo Domingo. I communicated with the JM Transfers through WhatsApp. I was told what the one way fare would be the bluntly asked if I had a ticket. Of course I did, it was four days before my trip. I replied that I had a ticket and was then rudely told "let me see." I should have left it alone after that, but i screenshot my reservation info and sent it. I never hear back since.
