I’ve had lunch here probably like 2 times flying out of SDQ and lunch was good, but the portions are so small for the price you’re paying.
About 2 weeks ago I’m flying out in the morning and I sat down for some breakfast, mediocre breakfast at best.
For breakfast they have about 3 choices, 2 Dominican style breakfast and an “American” style breakfast.
The first morning I had a Dominican breakfast which consists of one miserable egg, mangu, salami I believe, the week after I flew out again in the morning I had the “American” style breakfast which consisted of one miserable egg (just one egg, not two) old bacon, something that seemed like a sausage link and a croissant all for $17
$17 for 1 egg, old bacon, 1 sausage link and a croissant, let that sink in. If I would have known how stingy with the portions this place was for breakfast, I would have just gone down to Cafe Santo Domingo and ordered a sandwich and a coffee for a lot less than $17.

Read moreI fly through here frequently for work once every week. the country is beautiful but try and grab food before getting to the airport, there is allot of little stands with sandwiches I never tried them out. This place gave me a small condiment amount of beans it’s all I ordered (since my diet is a bit strict) they charged me almost 4 dollars. I got about 4 small bites out of it. The bartender who was helping me was laughing at me. I did mention if they had other size options he said no and continued to laugh. It’s a rip off the food is expensive and not worth the money. The staff was not polite, ignoring me when I was ready to pay. Needless to say I won’t ever come here again and I will also recommend...
Read moreFriendly and very charismatic staff. Price points are fair same as USA really. The passion fruit juice is all natural and delicious 😋 my go to drink when on the island. The west Indies cherry juice was ok. All juices are natural. Order the wings and la Bandera which is the Dominican traditional meal rice, beans, meat (like a stewedchicken), salad and avocado. The food was good, the beans wear ok-not what I'm used to from the island though. Had a little hiccup when ordering, miscommunication but it was fixed once we mentioned it. This is the only restaurant with actual Dominican food on the menu in the terminals after you go...
