This store seems to have two names. Both signs seem to be visible. The store I visited had the name Golden Eagle Perfume Palac (without an "e") on signboards, clearly visible. On the other hand the name on their pages states Golden Eagle Crystal, which also shows as my location, on Google. You be the judge! Now about the store, I must admit it is huge and has a wide variety of perfumes and crystals. They have individual smaller rooms filled with perfume bottles, diffusers and numerous fancy bottles in a rainbow of colours, shapes and sizes. A salesman sits there, tells you about the perfumes, makes you choose one and then takes an order. I was quite surprised that they didn't have coffee beans to sniff at between perfumes, like you get at any perfume store. Having a good collection of perfumes myself, I was unmoved by their variety. Specially when they tried to sell me sandalwood! I have to admit that though they had a variety of perfumes, nothing caught my fancy. The salesman tried his best to offer us the deal of buy 3 get the 4th free. We bought 2 small bottles, and I'm happy to say that they were the same as the perfumes we had sampled, and they stay on only for about 4 hours.

Our tour guide brought us to Golden Eagle Crystal Egypt, and the presentation by the lady was truly the highlight!! she was fantastic, engaging, and very welcoming. The hot tea offered during the demonstration was a nice touch, too. The 5-stars are for her exceptional service and the lovely atmosphere she created! However, I have significant reservations about the products. When asked for the official ingredients of the perfumes, they were not provided. I was also told that the perfumes have no expiration date, which is highly unusual for natural oils/fragrances. Despite these concerns, I ended up buying three boxes of perfume because of the persuasive presentation.

Our tour guide bought us here, well....we don't mind to spend money to get good quality perfume oil. But turned out to be a disappointment. In the beginning they were asking for US500 for 4 bottles of 50ml oils, also claimed their Jasmen oil is pure. We know it's way overpriced and we talked down to US200, its still overpriced but we wanted to support local businesses. I opened them after back home, and found the oils are not smelling the same in the shops...and especially the Jasmen oil smells really cheap and artificial. And they don't last more than 3hrs.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I visited this business 2 weeks ago and it was the worst experience ever. Since they seem to be deleting and reporting reviews, not sure how long mine will be up. BUT BE AWARE, THEY ARE OVER PRICES AND SCAMMERS. Absolute SCAM! Overcharges tourists. They say 50ml is $50 for “most oils”, and then pull out random oils and say they’re $200 for 50ml. Prices all depend on that they’re feeling like on that day. The display oils aren’t the same ones they sell you, they give you diluted oils. That’s lies and theft. DO NOT GO HERE, especially if your tour guide insists on it. Tour guides get commission from every perfume oil sold, so they will push you to buy from this place. Over priced oils from scammers. Stealing peoples money. Especially and only stealing and scamming tourists, who trust them. Disgusting behaviour. Can’t believe the horrible prices. Cheaper to buy the SAME oils from the street bazaars. You can get 50ml for $5, or less, in the bazaars. They are deleting reviews online that expose them for their scams and lies. Also all the 5 star reviews are from the tour guides, so that it seems like a good place, so that you buy from them so that they can get commission. It’s all a scam, from everyone. You can see this because all the 5 star and positive reviews say “local guide” on them, which literally proves that they are FAKE positive reviews. REPORT this scam business to the Egypt department of tourism. They need to be held accountable and responsible for their actions. DO NOT BUY FROM...
