Blumar El Sokhna — Local services in Suez

Very disappointing. several issues have made me reconsider my connection to this place.

Firstly, the staff's behavior was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. A particular incident involved an intrusive and unnecessary check of swimwear to verify if it was waterproof, which was an inappropriate violation of privacy.

Additionally, the resort's security measures are severely inadequate. I was shocked to find a fox near the children's play area, posing a significant safety risk. It's alarming that wildlife can easily access areas meant for children without any intervention from the resort's management.

Considering these problems, I cannot in good conscience recommend Blumar to anyone. The lack of safety and the rude treatment for both OWNERS and GUESTS clearly indicate that well-being is not a priority here. It's essential to look for a place that values its owners guests and ensures a secure and pleasant...

Blumar is one of those many residential compounds in Ain El-Sokhna on the Red Sea where people go there to lay off and relax.

You can either buy a property there or rent one and spend a somewhat relaxing weekend, it’s not 100% completed but most of the overall project is completed and inhabited.

It’s mediocre at best for me, not much activities, nothing of significance is nearby, the restaurant is very mediocre with slow service, it wasn’t that pleasant of an experience for me.

The swimming pool is good, the beach is split into two parts, one for the owners and the other for the renters and guest, which was very off putting and unjust for me, the one for the renters and guests was way smaller and not as good as the one for the owners!!

Overall an experience i won’t do again, and surely i will never go back to Blumar at all, the lack of services and the location was...

A good resort on the beginning of the sokna shore with adequate spacing and green areas. Pools are spacious and plenty of them in the reach of all residents but the beach area is limited compared to the size of the resort.

Rental prices are reasonable. Not a lot of services as one restaurant which doesn’t have a lot of options and the cafeteria operated late at about 12 pm.

The parking spaces are limited compared to the units. Overall average choice wit pleasant experience for families...
