Read moreThis is a small yet busy airport. Only one airline operates out of the airport, Atlantic Airways. The lines were quick. In the pre security area there is a small shop and place to grab some food. The space can get crowded if more than one flight is leaving. It is clean. Security was fast. Once past security you enter a nice duty free area. Lots were buying duty free items.
The dining area is quite large. There are only two gates and some waiting areas. At the time we were there two flights were leaving with 30 minutes of each other. The dining and waiting area were packed solid with no room to sit. We spent the hour before boarding standing the whole time. The restrooms are near Gate 2 and are in good order. As tourism increases here they will need to expand the airport.
FYI you can not check in any sooner than 90 minutes before your flight.
