Espace Accueil Etudiants — Local services in Clermont-Ferrand

3 and half an hour of waiting outdoor to get the appointment with the assistant responsible for public transport memberships. I came 3 times this week and it’s the same problem, only 1 staff for like 30 people and at the end of the service only 10 get to see the assistant . The printer is not working neither which makes things difficult.

Hope someone responsible reads my message and maybe recruit other staff members for foreign...

Service it's not that good and there's usually a wait of half an hour. There's normally only one person treating all the clients and there's not even privacy between the student and the administration person. It can get uncomfortable...

Les personnes qui travaillent à l'espace accueil étudiant sont très humaines sans exception. Elles sont toujours à l'écoute, vraiment disponibles, et sont toujours là pour répondre à nos questions, en particulier pour nous aider quand elles le peuvent.
