I'm an international student in Dijon, I arrived here in November and decided to buy a guitar. It was COVID time, so the shop was closed when I arrived. I was standing there, looking at guitars through the window, when suddenly a stranger came to me and asked something in French and asked me to follow him. I was a bit scared but followed him to the shop through the back door. He spoke English a bit and I spoke little French and we had a very nice conversation using only gestures, haha. I showed which guitar I wanted - EAGLETONE SOUTH STATE DC100 CHERRY (which I wouldn't be able to buy in Belarus). There were some problem with the guitar neck, bur the shop assistant fixed it in 10 minutes with a hammer and screwdrivers. I was a bit unwilling to buy that one, but I took a risk and don't regret it - the guitar works perfectly well until today, the strings sound great, I don't need to replace them or tune the guitar over an over again, which means that guy did a wonderful job of fixing it. A mon arrivĂ©e (dĂ©placement exprĂšs pour cela), on m'annonce que le travail n'a pas Ă©tĂ© fait ! Et de me proposer de la rĂ©gler et de changer les cordes, immĂ©diatement, en 20 minutes... Je laisse imaginer la qualitĂ© de la prestation...đ„¶ Bref, trĂšs déçu par un manque de professionnalisme Ă©vident. Ils avaient mon numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone. Il aurait Ă©tĂ© si simple de m'appeler pour me dire que la guitare n'Ă©tait pas prĂȘte. J'ai repris mon instrument en l'Ă©tat, pour le porter Ă la concurrence... Magasin...
