If you want to have an unpleasant experience, this is the place to go.

Customer satisfaction is most definitely not one of the priorities at this winery. Rather than enjoying a wonderful and inspired tour, we did experience a very unpleasant encounter with unfriendly, unmotivated staff.

Before any disagreements regarding the vinery dog occurred, the planned, booked and to be paid for tour started without a ‘hello’, without a ‘how are you’ and without any information about what is going to happen. Looking back, this seems not all too surprising given that when the tour started, the tour guide did not seem all too friendly or even happy to show us around. Rather, she made our visit feel like an inconvenience for her day. Given that they called 10 min before the booked tour time to cancel on us (just to note - we were already entering their driveway at this time), I guess we actually were an inconvenience for their day.

If this would be my business - I would not want someone like this to represent what I have built.

0/5 would...

What a rip off!!! We booked for 4 people and it was €156. For this price we didn’t even receive a tour of the vineyard or any information about the wine making. We were taken on a golf cart for 150m to out picnic lunch which consisted one bottle of rose wine, 4 small bottles of water, charcuterie, cornichons and cheeses. Barely enough to feed 4 people and we all left hungry. We will not be returning and would not recommend visiting this establishment. The owner never turned up for the guided visit we waited over an hour. Considering you gave us one bottle of wine for 4 people in the €156 picnic lunch package giving us another bottle of wine as an apology was really not enough so yes we kept the picnic basket as we were beyond disappointed with your entire operation and not...

What a gem! Turned up without a booking (I would recommend booking in advance as they have so few staff it’s down to availability) and was able to do a tour with the lovely Julie. Julie was amazing and spoke wonderful English. The tour was very informative and honestly the chateau is beautiful. The wine we tasted was delicious and again we were given so much information about how each were made and the flavours involved. Would definitely recommend and will be back for sure!

Don't bother. It's really terrible. Was recommended, drove over an hour, to get here, only for, horrible service, staff were not welcoming, not bothered, couldn't careless. We got crackers, they tasted horrible, spolit. And we were still made to pay. EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT. We didn't even taste the wine, Zero customer experience. Staff disappeared for so long, we decided to pay for the spolit crackers and leave.
