Wildly unprofessional. Purchased this bust of Ben Franklin in April, it arrived at the end of May, unfortunately totally broken. I understand shipping plaster can be tricky, but this was improperly cast from the start. You can see how thin it is in areas and I can tell they took an old bust sitting around and tried to slush more plaster inside to make it stronger but they did it incorrectly. They said they couldn’t send a replacement but would give me a refund. 4 months later, after many many emails unanswered or answered vaguely, still no refund.
