Auchan — Local services in Montpellier

had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at Auchan Malbosc. A member of the cash desk staff behaved in a way that I perceived as discriminatory and racist. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness like anyone else — unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit.

Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in a public-facing environment where diversity and equality should be fundamental values. I hope Auchan takes this seriously and ensures that proper training and actions are taken to prevent this kind of treatment in the future.

My experience in this supermarket was excellent. The items are varies and it also provide halal meat. The service was fantastic. Really rude staff, never look at you while they are serving you and are talking to their friends instead of helping you. Often the vegetables are rotten and the queues are very big for the till at busy times.
