Last year, I visited Alsace's famous Christmas markets and rented a very nice Airbnb in Orschwiller. The host provided us with a bottle of wine as a gift. We went out very late every night, so we didn’t have time to enjoy the wine there or visit any wineries. We brought the wine back to our home in Hong Kong as a souvenir. I finally had time to enjoy the wine last night, and it was really good. We loved it so much and missed Orschwiller. I hope we can visit again very soon.

Delicious white wines and very nice family. You can take time to taste different wines. Beautiful small Alsacian village with castle view.

La cave Zimmermann est un vrai coup de cœur pour nous ! Un accueil généreux , plein de sourires , des vins excellents faits avec passion et grand professionnalisme au très bon rapport qualité prix, une mention spéciale pour le sylvaner vielle vigne, le gewurtraminer vendanges tardives magnifique et merci pour les bons conseils de la maman et de Vincent à chaque fois tellement gentils et généreux !
