Grafenwoehr Main Exchange — Local services in Grafenwöhr

The PX in general is good, has everything any other PX has, so that could be a 5 stars. But this review is mainly about the food court area, they have the usual options (Subway, Popeye’s, Charlie’s, PizzaHut, Dominos, Starbucks, DunkinDonuts) and it’s all good on that part, don’t expect less and don’t expect more. However, the dinning area is terrible. They barely empty up the trash cans, no one sweeps or mops at the end of the day, the flies are in paradise here. You’d think they’ll clean at the end of the days and wipe tables but no. The picture I attached is from today and that spot of dried up soda has been there for three days (I come here everyday to have diner at Subway) and I usually sit in the same table if it’s available. This is considered a commercial building under any kind of regulations. And they should have some sort of GMP controls, like a wind curtain at every entrance to keep flies from coming in and landing on everyone’s lunch. And I’m sure it’s same case inside the kitchens, grills and food handling benches. I think they could be doing better with controlling the flies and keeping them off...

DONT SHOP HERE. I've been here probably a dozen times now and have had a horrible experience every time. First the young lady at the register harassed my mom for not knowing she needed some pink card to shop at a german px even though she has a retired AND dependent ID she has used all over. One time I saw the yeti coffee mugs on sale and grabbed one taking a picture of the sale. The same girl happened to be the cashier. I told her it says they are on sale in the aisle. She goes back there and says she can't find where it says they are on sale. She must of been blind because half of them were. Lastly a male associate told me all electronics at the PX are dual voltage in order to be sold here so I got a blender not thinking twice about it. It fried the second I plugged it in. I go to return it stating what happened and they said they can't return it because I plugged it in... worst PX I've ever been to. Everytime it's something at this store. Better off getting everything in the german economy or amazon it tends to be...

Please DO NOT get a TKS SIM card or plan from this location. Bad customer service with bad SIM cards . I bought a SIM card with 20G from this location and the sales person is really rude to everyone in the line (I noticed). My sim works only for 6 days and I went back to the store and ask what happened to my plan. She told me that I finished all my 20G which I didn’t really use much of the data because sometimes I used my data from Tmobile US. I ask for a copy for my data usage to see how and where did my data go and she just told me to wait for the next month new cycle, after few days I decided to cancel my plan because service is not worth a penny, so I had to pay €11.50 for cancellation. And now that the cycle kicks in and I didn’t ask for it, is charging me again for €30!! I paid €34 for activation fee, €30 for the first month. A total of €105.50 that was pretty much stolen from me. I didn’t even get to enjoy the data. That’s my story!...
