Ended up buying on Amazon again because not happy with the service. The first time I went to buy an iPad that I really needed for professional reasons I asked for what is necessary appart from my ID to get the payment in multiple times. I have an unlimited in time work contract with a good salary in Germany. The first time I had to come back home because they wouldn’t take any debit card if not a German card which I can understand. However, once I got my German card they refused my payment in multiple times because I did not live in Germany more than 6 months yet. I managed to buy a car with financing but an iPad apparently isn’t in my range of multiple payment capabilities. I ended up buying on Amazon because the multiple payment system there was done smoothly. I put 2 stars because the staff spoke English...

EXTENDED WARRANTY FRAUD

3 Year extended warranty applies from the day you buy it, so they sell it to you as a 3 year, but it actually is only 1 year, so don’t be fooled!!

Most of the products sold in European Union have 2 year manufacturer warranty.

This mob sells you 3 year extended warranty which only covers your purchased product for 1 and I mean only 1 extra year.

So you think you have 5 year warranty, no, you don’t!! ⛔️

You have double warranty for 2 years and then 1 extra year...

I know this store for very long and I appreciate the quick modernisation process when it comes to ordering online and picking up in the store. Back then it wasn’t available but since introduction I mostly use this method when getting stuff there. The store is big and it’s always a nice experience when shopping there. The salesmen and women I met were competent and helpful! Nothing negative to say about the store at all. My favourite place to buy when the internet can’t provide a better price...
