I just finished my tour. I passed here 5 years ago and it was a great experience at the time. Now we have a free tour that is extremely boring and worthless. Nothing special to see and I don’t recommend spending time with the current setup. I also felt sad seeing the main building in a poor state. It needs refurbishment and the site needs the soul it had once in the past. Everything evolves and here everything went backwards. Extremely disappointed and I would say to design lovers to not waste their precious time.

Read moreMy first time at VitraHaus was an inspiring and enriching experience. However, the older bald man in the shop managed to leave me with a bitter taste as I left the museum. I asked to have my purchase gift-wrapped, and he started complaining to his colleague that everyone was asking for gift wrapping (two people before me had also requested it). When he finished wrapping, he tossed the cards carelessly onto the table (all of which are expensive designer pieces). All of this happened right in front of me—zero professionalism and complete disrespect.
