The bar is set high for atmosphere in Greece bc it tough to compete with the best and you have to try hard to find a bad spot. But this place killed it on food and service. We did take away. While We waited they let us sit out side and have a couple beers. The food was ready in under the time they estimated. We sampled the souvlaki, Greek salad, french fries, gyros, typical food that you can easily mess up. Turns out this place is a hidden gem. It was about five minute drive from our place down on the shoreline in town. Most of the restaurants there in town are pretty good and they are pretty packed in the evenings for good reason. I came across this place by mistake. Returning from another portion of the island, I made a wrong turn, heading down the mountain, and passed it, made a mental note, and we decided to order from there for dinner. Read moreEverything we ordered was super tasty. We had fried peppers, big beans in the oven, lamb chops, fried cheese, pork souvlaki with French fries and toasted bred with olive oil. We payed 31 euros for 2 adults and 1 kid (I think water and bred are free and watermelon complimentary at the end) which was the minimum in this vacation and the content was highly superior.
