The casino is located in a beautiful location on the slopes of mt. Parnitha, with amazing views of the city of Athens. It offers many facilities, like free parking, free cable car rides and free buses to transport you here from various places in (and outside of) Athens. The toilets are clean and there are 2 restaurants, as well as a snack bar inside the casino area. There's a big amount of various slot machines, blackjack tables and roulettes. The newbies' benefits are many and include free drinks, some free food, coupons for some shops in Athens, free money for the slot machines and free points that you can use to buy items from the shop or to eat in the 1055 restaurant's buffet. You also get one free drink each time you enter the casino, as well as lottery tickets (that might or might not be for a lottery of the same day, which is tricky, considering you have to be present in order to claim your prize if you win). The staff is always really helpful and polite too.
Obviously, this is a casino, so all the ''free'' stuff is a predatory way to get you in. This is why you should always keep this in mind, play responsibly and never deprive yourself or your family of anything in order to play. Stay safe, and take some time to walk in the beautiful green mountain outside the...
Read moreI recently visited 2 consecutive days in a row and had a great experience overall, which is why I’m giving a 5-star rating.
Pros The bus service from Xalkida for pick-up and drop-off was very helpful The cable car ride offered stunning views. I also appreciate the welcome package for beginners, which included free coins, free drinks, and free snacks.
However, there are a few areas for improvement: Cons
Some staff members were a bit rude and could benefit from additional training.
A regular shuttle service would be ideal, as the location feels quite isolated.
It would be helpful to have the results of the lucky draws posted on the website. I visited the casino two days in a row but missed the draw results due to bus timings. Staff informed me that only those present at the time of the draw could win, which makes it difficult for those traveling from afar.
4.I was asked not to take selfies, which prevented me from capturing the beautiful games and tables inside. I could only share videos of the exterior
I still recommend everyone to visit and hope management considers these suggestions for an even...
Read moreI forgot my passport so what a mistake. I showed my Spanish ID card, not allowed as it was expired, then I showed my driving license, they don’t accept driving licenses from other countries apart of Greece then finally I showed my Venezuelan ID card which is updated and despite of being an official ID card it was not enough, I felt discriminated after showing 3 forms of identification and none of them was enough for the gentleman In the front desk, not good experience at all, 1st time in my life I see something like that. I strongly suggest if you are planning to go there bring your UP TO DATE passport (also I will check which nationality it is as apparently depending of which country you come from some IDs might work some others don’t) otherwise they will find an excuse to refuse your access. They could easily informed all these requirements before taking the cable car or drive more than 30 km to get there.
Being in several countries a multiple casinos worldwide and I have never seen...
