Dragon’s Tail Coaster — Local services in Commune Cap-Haïtien

Riding this coaster was such a blast! You can hop on the free tram to take you deeper into the island (or walking is about 10 minutes).

I prebooked single ride since there was a pre-cruise promotional discount. Reading the note closely, I noticed the single rider ticket allows 2 people to ride together.

At 10am there wasn’t anyone else riding, so the crew actually let us each ride in our own carts rather than together. After our first ride, the crew asked us if we wanted to go again—absolutely! So we got 4 rides for the price of 1.

We felt very safely belted in and you must hold the brake levers down to release the brake otherwise the cart won’t move. There were great views and such thrilling turns and drops....

Shipped out with the Monsters of Rock Cruise from Miami in Feb of 2019. Our experience with landing in Labadie was amazing, welcoming and just plain fun, especially when coming direct from Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Ocho Rios was infested with marauding cab drivers, which badger you incessantly to drive you off on a tour of the island (something the ship's crew warned us repeatedly would result in robbery or kidnapping) Labadie, on the other hand, was like arriving in paradise. Super fun excursion in Labadee. The line moves pretty fast and the ride was more fun than I was expecting. They're single coasters that have their own brake and accelerator, but even going full speed it's a responsibly safe speed. There's also some cubbies near the start of the ride where you can store your things...
