Nice little public beach area. You have to post to use it although it is free to go in after 6. (You can also approach it from the lake if you really want to avoid the entrance fee as no one seems to be checking.)

It's a grassy area with a restaurant, a kids play area, and an outdoor exercise area. You can rent pedalos and small dolphin boats to run around over the lake.

There is a friendly guy selling candy floss and another guy pulling a cart selling chilled some thing (fruit or drinks?).

Großes öffentliches Strandbad mit einem großem kostenlosen Parkplatz. Die Eintrittspreise sind noch human, obwohl sie sich die letzten 7 Jahre verdoppelt haben. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und nach Ende des täglichen Badebetriebes für Jedermann öffentlich zugänglich. Einige ältere Trauerweiden spenden Schatten, sodass man nicht unbedingt einen Sonnenschirm mitbringen muss. Es gibt im Bad viele Sitzbänke die zum Verweilen einladen, dazu geschlechtergetrennte Toiletten und Duscheinrichtungen, die zum Abend hin leider immer schmutziger werden. Es wäre toll, wenn die Reinigungskräfte nachmittags nochmal reinigen würden. Zwei selbstständige Bewirtungsbetriebe laden zu Speis und Trank ein. Ein Boot und Liegenverleih runden das Angebot ab.

Was mir jedoch zunehmend missfällt, ist das respektlose Verhalten der frischen Immobilienbesitzer der nagelneuen Appartmentanlage von nebenan. Gerade noch mehrere Millionen Forint für ein Appartment bezahlt, nun aber das Strandbad von der Seeseite her betreten ohne den Eintritt zu bezahlen. Täglich konnte man bisher so mindestens 10 Personen dabei zusehen, wie sie schamlos am Ende des Zaunes den Badebereich mit Handtüchern und Equipment betreten hatten. Very nice place. Free parking. Great food and near to the water. The entrnces in the water is gradual and sandy. There is a lifeguard on duty so safe. Pets are alowed. Up to the water there is grass. There are restrooms. The place is nice for a eavning walking. Down seid for me it is a lake not the see and its about the only place to go and only thing to do around there. Great for a weekend but...
