As a kid, I used to love cycling. Half a century later, retired and with ample free time, the idea of cycling again appealed to me. While searching online I came across the Hornback foldable bicycle. I found that Galaxy Bicycles, Bangalore was a dealer and reached out to them. I spoke to Nasir Khan, the proprietor, and was impressed by his polite and helpful nature. He invited me to visit one of their outlets for a demo. Today I visited their outlet in Dasarahalli Main Road, which is managed by Nasir's sister, Shabeen. She was extremely kind and considerate and took time show me various models and explained the pros and cons of each of them very clearly. I was invited to try out the models and make sure I was satisfied. I bought the Hornback and accessories. It was a pleasure dealing with all the folks at Galaxy. This place is so bad and the lady running the shop scams customers. I had come here to put some brake fluid for my hydraulic brakes and the lady charged me 600 bucks just for few ml of brake fluid. When I asked why it is so much, the lady said that it's because the brand is shimano. When I came home, i checked the web for the same brake fluid and one whole bottle was 400 bucks. I recently visited Galaxy bicycle near Rachanahalli Lake , It is newly opened bicycle shop offering good discount.I bought 2 cycles for my sister's daughter and son .

I really liked the shop ambience and smooth gesture and very good interaction by the team.

Especially I have to appreciate Nasir he is an excellent person , his way of receiving, regular follow up and one thing to call out is he is a customer person. He works to get good price by discussing with the management.
