Qyality of sweets in Kanti Sweets does not need to be re-emphasised as it is known to all that its awesome. The grey area is attending the buyers by the OTC sales personnels. In the particular outlet, they disregard the buyersand does not atted them promptly even if they leave the outlet out of utter disgust and dismay. The sales people does not bother to uphold the reputation and good will of the chain earned over so many years. Finally, on not being attended by any of the four available OTC sales staff I had to move to one of the nearby outlet of Kanti sweets. This attitude by the staff turnishes the image of the brand and also display utter unprofessionalism by the outlet. Managing staff deputed at the outlet concern to manage such affairs are either complacent or irresponsible. Don't waste your hard earned money. Better you go to some other sweet shops, not recommended to this one. i purchased 5 times as of now based on what people saying about this Kanthi but It's UTTER WASTE and VERY COSTLY too for this quality. Sweets are good but staff is well trained to fool you in weight every time you buy.

Please ask them to weigh empty box before filling sweets.

Every box has different weight.

You will mostly get loss of 50 grams to 100 grams of weight in sweet boxes alone.

If u ask they will weigh one which kept only to show less weight one.

If sweet stall like to stay in business they must train their staff honesty and customer care.
