While the ice cream here is of decent quality, a business cannot thrive on product alone. The overall experience was disappointing due to poor hygiene standards — waste is being discarded irresponsibly, causing a nuisance and raising health concerns for nearby residents on a regular basis. I live very close to this establishment. Additionally, customer service was unsatisfactory, with staff showing little regard for courtesy or responsiveness. A business should reflect responsibility not just in what it sells, but in how it engages with its community. Sadly, this establishment falls short on that front. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and implements necessary...

It’s very hygienic and the staffs are very friendly and service minded, but v had one of the bad experience this is to the notice of polar bear management there was one among the staff who was mischievous and distracting others as well , and he got the order ready without wearing the glows and he was speaking while preparing chewing pan parag, we asked the incharge boy to exchange it , and he was very humble and apologized, and got the order ready newly v appreciate his work for other staffs mistake, otherwise it’s a good place with well maintained hygiene, and regarding the ice cream there are no words to praise...
