Naturals Lounge unisex salon and spa — Local services in Bengaluru

Hello,

I feel very bad being a Naturals salon customer since 2020...they did charge me 3 times the price mentioned in the menu....they said with hairwash hair settings comes free but they charged 1000 just for hair wash....the pricing mentioned for full hand waxing flavoured was just 300 for the membership person...yet they charge 620 ......i have done this services & since i have only paid 700 for the same...yet they conned me saying it's 1760 rs...if u ask them about it..they said all those serum used on u...i don't understand wat for we are paying if we are asked about the product they used... isn't obviously something like we pay them more for these branded products than other salons....wat suprised me more was the way they manipulate u.....i saw the person writing 350 for wat she did for me..but she charged me 1000 for hair wash...she didn't even mention me about free hair wash if we opt for hair cut...they said haircut cost u 300 just for basic straight cut..(free hair wash and blow dry)

Never the less all their services last just for 2 -3 days and later the same.... nothing special about Naturals salon that makes different from other salons...

Ps; Give me bloody explanation for wat ur...

I am a regular customer and also a member of Naturals who visit the Chandralayout, Bangalore branch very often. There are a couple of things that I wanted to put out :

Some employees know only Hindi and not even English. This is Karnataka and kannada is our native language. Isn't it a necessary for a service oriented place like a parlour to have employees who know the regional language of the state? Atleast English? The worst part is she stressed so much about me not understanding Hindi and made a face as if it was my responsibility to learn her language. This is totally unacceptable. It is your responsibility to hire people who atleast know English if they do not know the native language. Also your responsibility to get them to learn the native language instead of enforcing Hindi on us!

Constant yapping - your hair is thin, you have marks on your face, apply this shampoo, a facial would clear your acne etc.. Each of us look into the mirror everyday and we all know how we look. I think I'm fabulous the way I am and I don't need your stylists to tell me how I look and comment on it. Are they doctors or stylists? All they need to do is give a damn hair cut or do what...

I had the pleasure of receiving parlour services from Rekha at Chandra Layout today, and I am beyond impressed. Rekha went above and beyond to ensure I had an exceptional experience. She included a back massage with my facial, something I had never received before despite choosing the same facial in the past. This thoughtful addition made the experience incredibly relaxing and enjoyable.

Rekha is very well-spoken and highly professional. She gave me the best pedicure I've ever had, showing great care and attention to detail. She was extremely attentive to my skin conditions while preparing for the facial, ensuring that the products and techniques used were perfectly suited to my needs. Her delicate approach to waxing was much appreciated and made the process much more comfortable.
