Disappointing Experience at [ Naturals, Begur road, Bommanahalli ].

I have had three subpar experiences at this Saloon by Mahesh and his wife. The services were pathetic, marred by cheating, fraudulent commitments, and negligence.

Issues:

Untrained and lack of manpower of the staff: Lacking knowledge and communication skills.

Negligence: Applied D-tan directly on eyes, causing harm.

Overcharging: Double charges for services, inconsistent pricing.

Manipulative: Misleading information, hidden costs and lack of knowledge in the staff.

Inefficient: Understaffed, long wait times while getting the services. The staff apply the color and creams on your face and head and go attending other clients and they make us wait hours together just to damage our hairs and face later. And you will only realise the side effects after few days.

Poor service: Left hair color and dtan unattended for over an hour.

No discounts or festive offers, even for regular customers.

Specific Incidents:

First visit: Quoted ₹1000 for rooting, but charged more of 2500rs subsequently. Friend's experience: D-tan applied for over an hour, causing eye irritation. Hair color application was neglected for over an hour to attend another client. And when ever we had been to this Saloon there are only 2 people handling clients which is causing issues in the services and confusions among themselves between client to client and service to service. The staff Mahesh and his wife very rude and they are the and alone will to handle the customers and that is causing a lot of time waste and time consuming to wait for them to return back to us whom they have left unattended for over an hour for other customers which will cause problems to us later.

Conclusion:

Avoid this Salon to protect your skin and hair from damage. Mahesh and his wife prioritize exploiting customers financially over providing quality services. Their negligence and cunning business practices are unacceptable. They are charging too very much an force you to have other services too....

They messed up with my friend's hair cut too and they have two kinds of shampoo and hair dry.

They won't condition your hair if you want then that's additional cost.

They do not blow dry your hair fully instead they ask if you want 100% dry or 50% as they say its good to have 50% when the fact is that they do not want to spend more time on you providing good services, they want to make just money.

Next they use too much of heat on your hair, face and in the ear while doing blow dry, literally the hairs will get damaged immediately. Their services are very rough and tough with no gentle care and informative and helpful. Be very careful when you go here. I better suggest not to go there unless you want to spoil your hair and skin in the hands of Mahesh and his wife or other staff who are not at all interested to serve you better or knowledgeable on how chemicals leaving on hair or skin effect negatively on customers skin and...

The hair wash was a complete no-no and the lady did a worst blow dry. First they mentioned the price for haircut was 1700+ tax and then when I said it’s too expensive they said that it was 1000+ tax and no hair care done while doing a hair cut. I don’t think so she was trained enough on the hair cut. When I pro-actively asked for serum to apply after the blow dry she said she will but never did. When I mentioned the blow dry is not done properly she made sure my hair was completely heated up the same time she asked me to touch my hair, when inn my hair was completely hot. Recently had a chance to visit this centre for the first time and without a doubt the last time too,it has by far been the worst service provided.Please teach you staff some politeness if they intend to work in this sector.
