Its a new costly hotel since 2018.No home delivery services yet.
Its little costly hotel even for the non-AC fast food/stand & eat section than nearby hotels like Chaithra Grand.A/C section with seats is priced even higher.non-AC bills are also much costlier.
Food is little spicy, quality is average.
In North Indian Thali, they serve very less roti, not even 3-4 rotis, very less rice in very small small bowls which are meant to be used for serving chutney/achar.They include too much of sabji varieties perhaps to increase/inflate orders on extra rotis.Cheap crooked tactics are used to inflate bills.
Their primary Intent appears to be to loot people instead of serving delicious nutritive food with total disregard for natural taste in proper quantity.Their non-AC section does not even have seats.Other non-AC hotels nearby do provide seats.Strangely, they dont want to serve & see people eating North Indian Deluxe Thali in non-AC section, even though, there is common kitchen.Their waiters, manager & chef staff give preferential treatment to people in non-AC & AC sections, there is no proper queue/token system at all, they prefer to supply food in bulk quantity to AC section first & keep non-AC section people waiting for long time.Strangely, they keep the fans on whole day when there are no customers, later when there are many customers, they switch off fans under the pretext of sweeping the floor at wrong time & then prefer not to switch it on back again.
In the dish:Kashmiri pulav, strangely, its sweet & fruity but shockingly little pungent spicy too here, maybe with too much of some spice like garam masala.
They also provide A/C hall for rent...
Read moreI recently visited this restaurant with family friends and had a good experience overall. We ordered the veg Manchurian and paneer starter, both of which were requested to be less spicy, and the restaurant ensured they were just right. The starters were cooked well, flavorful, and the portions were enough to serve around 8 people with 3-4 pieces each.
The restaurant has both self-service and service sections, which was convenient. We opted for the service section and found the staff to be friendly and attentive. The manager who took our order provided helpful recommendations and suggestions, which we appreciated.
One thing worth mentioning is that the restaurant has a parking facility, which is a definite plus in this area.
The ambiance in the service hall was average - not too fancy but not too dull either. It wasn't a big factor for us as we were in a group, but it could have been better.
The prices were very reasonable, with the starters costing around 160-180 and being of decent quantity and quality..
While the menu didn't have anything unique or particularly interesting, they did have all the regular dishes that you would expect from a similar restaurant, and everything was available unlike some places where items are often not available.
The cleanliness was average - the sofas near the window could have been cleaner and the window blinds were dusty.
Overall, I had a good experience at this restaurant and would recommend it to others looking for a budget-friendly option with good food...
Read morehad a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered mushroom tandoori, fried rice, and pineapple juice ,everything was awful. The mushroom tandoori and fried rice were the worst I’ve ever had, with no taste or freshness. The pineapple juice was just plain water with no real pineapple content at all. I even informed the manager and the waiter, but instead of cancelling the order or resolving the issue, they still forced us to pay for this pathetic food. Very unprofessional service, below standard food quality, and a complete waste of money. Definitely not recommended.
Edit - Reply to owner:
Instead of asking people to leave a review on Google and then telling them to call for resolution, a restaurant should ideally handle the issue at the moment it is raised. When we complained after the very first bite, the waiter actually took a piece from our plate and showed it to the person at the counter (who I assume is the owner). After some time, he came back and told us, “This is how the item is supposed to be.” As if we’ve never had tandoori before. On top of that, they expected us to eat food that had already been taste-tested by their owner. This is not only unprofessional but also unhygienic. Truly...
