I recently purchased a cycle worth ₹8,000 for my son from this shop, and they included a few accessories free of charge. However, after reaching home, I checked the same cycle on Amazon, and it was listed for ₹5,500. To make matters worse, the lock they provided was damaged within a day. When I asked for a replacement, they hesitated and eventually told me the lock was worth ₹150 and that I would need to pay half the amount for a replacement. I chose not to do that. Have been a customer of this shop. Initially quite unhappy.. yet will take time to get fully satisfied as the cycle purchased was giving problem every second day.. in two weeks I visited 5 times to resolve two major issues.. there was great reluctance to change parts that were not functional as it should. Finally it's done.i hope I'm not gonna face any more issues.. Will rate better if it's uneventful.....
