I have visited this place for Docs verification recently for fresh issue of Passport. The following things needs to be ensured during the visit.

1. Please reach this place at least 15-20mins before the appointment time as dense traffice is der along this route. Pl plan the timing accordingly. Waiting line will be der, so its better to reach earlier.

2. They have all the facilities inside like drinking water, wash room etc. No need to worry about. The inside area is fully air conditioned. However, pl carry your own food/water bottle as it will take 1-2hrs for the whole process during the verification.

3. Pl carry all the original docs along with 1 copy of self attested xerox copies for easy & first submission at Counter-A.

4. For Current residence address proof, pl carry docs with latest date (Gas Bill / Electricity Bill). You need to carry Govt /Company id card also. They asks for identity proof during the verification at Counter- B &C. If you have PVC Card of Aadhar/PAN/Voter id card, it will be better.

5. I have company accommodation here, so I have shown them address proof declared on company letter head along with company id card. The company letter head address proof is only valid for Public Limited Companies.

6. You will be given token no. at reception counter. That token no. will be shown on the waiting area. According to that, you have report on counter-A. At Counter-A, they will collect all your docs xerox copy & scan them. They will take photo of yours using DSLR & also finger prints. At counter-A, you will be instructed to verify the details you have entered on application form one last time before they finally submit. After that, you will be provided all xerox docs along with the application file copy & directed to Counter-B.

7. At Counter-B, they will verify your identity proof & address proof thoroughly. If all found ok, you will be directed to Counter-C. At C-Counter, they will be submitting all your details by checking again your all docs (Original & Xerox). If all goes right at Counter-C, That's it. You can leave the place. An E-Mail will be received regarding the acknowledgement receipt of application granted subject to Police verification.

8. Parking available at the back side of this place. The staffs are der to guide at every step. The overall experience of mine was good. However, you have wait in the line & that sucks😂.

9. Within 3-4 days, Call/Message will be received from police station which you have choosen during application form filling. You have to carry all your docs (Original & Xerox 1 Copy) to police station for verification. It takes min. 7 days for verification report. Once, it passes, congrats, now you will be getting...

Route to paid parking: when coming from Sarjapur road side, take left at the junction around 30 meters after Sai Arcade. Those coming from Marathalli side can come under the flyover and take right at junction. There is a board saying "Way to Sakra Hospital" at start of road.

There are two Pay and Park facilities. First one is around 50 meters inside from the junction. This parking has a direct entry to passport office from the backside of Sai Arcade building. This direct entry stinks badly because of open sewage under the short bridge one needs to take.

Other paid parking is 50 meters after first one.

Process at passport office was smooth. There is a photocopy and printout shop inside near counter "A" . He charges Rs 10 per page (as of today). Saw people emailing docs to him for photocopy. Heavily crowded shop.

Counter "A" are also heavily crowded as this is where most crowd lands and filtering happens. To make the experience much more smooth at counters "B" and "C", they make you wait at counter "A" till there is space inside.

If going with minor small kids having reporting times even an hour apart, they allow both kids inside to complete the process.

Best part was that got a call from Police Station the same day in evening to tell about police verification process. This was for post-verification where passport reaches us directly and then police verification happens. I received the passport (normal passport, not Tatkal) very next day via speed post.
