No hygiene nowadays, Eat At Your Own Risk - For decades I have been a regular customer, especially for Dr Raj Laddu. Unfortunately, this time it was tasting very bad & somewhat metallic. When I contacted the shop, they simply didn`t accept their fault & argued it`s absolutely fine. I have attached the pic of sweets being thrown into the dustbin & the same was sent to them via WhatsApp. All they wanted was me to return the sweets (Maybe they were afraid of me lodging a complaint to BBMP health inspector)! Returning the sweets was not feasible as I reside close to Banashankari temple and the shop is in chamarajapete & already sweets were thrown into the dustbin. But they were not ready for a refund. It's a shame that the management doesn't entertain genuine issues by a very old customer! Never seen such a money minded management.

One of the old sweetery shop offering delicious sweets and few Condiments. Rajkumar Laadoo is unique and recommended. The staffs are friendly and assists us in choosing right sweet. The shop is located in not so busy street and visiting won't be a problem.

Even though their Mysore pak is allegedly one of the best (i think they are just about ok, not great though), the experience at their shop is always sour. The staff are arrogant and rude. They do not have basic civility. Customers are randomly served. They will leave your order in the middle and start serving other customers who just walked in. i have visited their shop 3 times and I have had the same experience every god damn time. A very simple 1 kg sweet and 500 gms savouries order should not take more than 15 mins max to pack, but I have spent more than 30 mins every time, this is with sparse crowd. Pray the time when this shop is brimming with customers. Complained to the cashier twice but no go. I dont care if their Mysore Pak is made from Unicorns, if the staff lacks in basic courtesy, then you guys have a...
