Really good cakes for the price. I had ordered a 3kg cake for an engagement and they provided the cake with the exact customizations I had requested. Cake was also delivered by the bakery through a 3rd party taxi service and arrived to my venue intact with no damages or issues.

However there was a lack of communication from the person managing the Whatsapp chat about the progress of the cake on the delivery day and the cake had arrived to my venue 45 minutes late. There was however enough buffer built into my schedule to account for that but nonetheless when you charge professional prices for a service I do expect some amount of professionalism in communication. I also did not appreciate the owner mentioning the "tone" of my voice where I had repeatedly tried to call them with no avail.

Had the worst experience ever. The cake was looking so bad not at all like the way I asked them to bake . The cake was promised to be delivered at 7pm but I recieved it at 8.30 in a different venue. When the cake was delivered it was all broken . The taste was horrible. I was charged 4200 for this cake after 4 days of my order they call me and tell the requested flavour cannot be baked and dint refund me the balance amount. They don't answer the call not reply to the message when the cake was delayed. Will never ever order from them nor suggest anyone. Only fake promises. They ruiend the experience of a 3 years...

I ordered a Police Car cake, per my 7 year old - the shape and color match was okay for the design I shared, since the artist already sent me a disclaimer at the time of ordering that it may not match completely.... However the Cake itself did not taste good, it was neither soft nor creamy.
