I am really excited about this place as this is the first big south Indian restaurant in kumaraswamy layout ! . Visited this restaurant yesterday night for dinner and have visited couple of times before for breakfast too .

The place is located right opposite to the SBI bank near dayanand sagar college . The building is quite huge with valet parking . Ground floor is self service 1st floor is service and 2nd floor is party hall !

Coming to food we ordered the following items - 1.Masala dosa (60 bucks ) - it's a little towards expensive side but the taste was worth it .....the dosa was crisp and adequate quantity of ghee and aloo was used . The chutney was standard nothing extraordinary . The samber is a little different from your hotel samber ....it has lot of tomato and onions . Set dosa - the dosa was soft and almost melted in my mouth , the size was adequate . The sagoo was normal nothing great about it . 3.gobi Manchurian - I really liked it , after a long time I have had a good gobi Manchurian in a big south Indian restaurant . It was crisp on outside and soft inside , the quantity of sauce was accurately used so the taste was tangy and spicy just the way I like it. 4.kadai mushroom - I was really surprised with the taste , its something I have never tasted before . The curry was generous amounts of mushroom and red chilli , it was sorta creamy with spicy taste ,really liked it . It's sorta kadai panner but with mushrooms instead of panner. Butter kulcha- it was was soft and the size adequate , generous amounts of butter was used. Roti - we ordered plain roti , it had the right amount of crisp to it , not too burnt nor too soft . 7.coffee - we ordered by 2 coffee but surprised by the quantity ! The quantity they gave was quite a lot . 2 large cups in fact ! . Coffee was a little too creamy for my taste . But definitely worth it .

Ambience is quite good with dull colour lights and quite a bit of silence . The self service is quite enormous and has plenty of space to sit comfortable . Definitely liked it. End of the day food was the hero for me and I really loved the food . Considering that there are only hand full of such huge restaurants In and around ks layout and this is the first one in kumaraswamy layout and they managed to impress with their service , politeness and food I think they have earned my rarely given 4 out 5 !

Keep up the good job guys! Hope it stays the same ! .

Foodies definitely do give a try , also a must visit if your...

The hotel is very good but the manager is not so cooperative, if someone books from OYO he is not letting the customer to check in even if his booking is confirmed. As OYO charges less thus he is doing some kind of scheme here to profit more by letting the room on regular price of the hotel which is way more than OYO offers for the same room. Unless you prepay your booking value the manager will say you that they don't take oto orders though all the service guys are wearing Oyo t shirts and they are using toiletries provided by Oyo. I'm staying here for few days and observed this as I was also told that they are not accepting Oyo orders, but accepted check in after showing my payment details. Today another guy came with his father his reservation was cancelled as he chose the option to pay at check in. I realized his scheme as we booked this hotel offline and was charged Rs2.2k after staying 2days I prolonged my stay but booked from OYO for 4 days, as I prepaid the amount he couldn't reject our booking finally. If you're ok with this then you can stay here, one thing is that the room is very good and neat and clean and secured have functional ac, water heater and a 21inch flat TV, has 6 charging points, and a spacious wardrobe and a full length mirror...

One of the most crowd engaging restaurants in Kumaraswamy layout. Multi storeyed building offering restaurant, lodging and banquet hall facilities. This is a pure veg resturant though doesn't offer Jain veg. So non-vegetarian lovers will have to be satisfied with tea coffee and other palatable veg dishes. The filter coffee is the main attraction in beverage item. Tea is not bad even. The idli dosa and other south indian items are good but sometimes it seems to be a little overpriced as every item costs you 15-20 bucks more when the taste is almost same as others. North Indian dishes though available but does not taste North Indian at all. But tastes good . They have modified North Indian recipes into South Indian spices. It will taste good. Quick bites are available though will taste as same as other outside shops. One thing that should be taken care of is ...do not offer tea coffee in glass during this Covid situation. It's really not expected from such a reliable outlet. I saw every one was having coffee tea in steel glass . And when I asked for paper glass the guy replied every one is having in glasses and paper glasses are for parcel only. That should not be followed during this pandemic situation. But somehow he gave me in paper glass...

#Photos Attached. Please see the photos. Today I had one of the worst experience in this hotel. I am sharing some of the photos of Mysore Masala Dosa. It was literally like fried in oil. I asked to the manager/the person who was controlling over there. He told the following details and answered the questions which I have not even asked. * It is not an oil, It is costly tuppa (Ghee) of ₹ 450. * If you prefer less tuppa, you have shout for 2 times, - "Tuppa Beda, Tuppa Beda" (I dont need Ghee). So its customer duty to inform "directly to the chef" not to add tuppa in Dosa. Not the duty of serving staff.

visited this place for a quick dinner , the place was well lit and was buzzing with students from the nearby college , it had good seating arrangment and was equiped with 2 floors. I decided to order the' butter masala dosa' and a mango juice later. it was self service in the ground floor , it was quite surprising as the masala dosa had no butter at all, the chutney tasted really good and the sambar was not bad. For the price i wouldnt recommened it. Mango juice in the menu was labelled seasonal so i decided to have one , it wasnt pulpy but did have a good taste.

I had a butter Masala dosa and kesari bath. There was no butter in Butter masala dosa. The palya gave proxy for its absence. Very disappointed. I am a Mysorean and we put butter above the Masala dosa. When asked for butter the staff told it is inside and I had to spend my 15mins in digging for butter but couldn't find. Management Please improvise.
